Here, CaO or Calcium Oxide will be an odd one out.

Calcium oxide is an electrovalent compound involving formation of ions and a strong electrostatic force of attraction between oppositely charged anions and cations. It is also a solid and has a very high melting point.

While, all other compounds are covalent compounds that involve sharing of electrons and cannot form ions. All others are gases and have very low melting and boling points.
