Glucosamine will be the odd one w.r.t complexity of structure.

Reason:

  • The other options involving Glycogen , cellulose and starch are polysaccharide compounds having a large number of monomer units repeating one after the other.

  • However , glucosamine is a monosaccharide unit in which one hydroxyl group is replaced by an amine group.

  • Hence , glucosamine has a much simpler structure as compared to the other options.

  • For example : Starch has helical structure, cellulose and glycogen are branched , etc.
