Hi friend,
Sperm is a male reproductive cell while ovum is female reproductive cell.
Now,what is the chromosomal difference between them?
Let's know.
•Sperm carries XY chromosomes while ovum carries XX chromosomes.
•Sperms are produced by male testes while eggs are formed by ovary.
• Male meiosis takes place in the testicles, while female meiosis takes place in the ovaries.
This is the only thing I was knowing.
Hope it helped you................
