Prophase I of meiosis.
It is clearly visible in the diagram that homologous chromosome pair to form tetrad and exchange segments by forming chiasmata kinetochore and spindle fibres
De-polymerisation of spindle results in separation of chromatids towards opposite poles. So kinetochore attached to the spindle fibre attracts towards the poles due to disassembly of spindle fibre.
