Hey, these are some points I think its worth mentioning...
1. Chromosomes are condensed polynucleotide which is DNA packed with the help of specialized positively charged basic proteins called histones in eukaryotes.
2.Chromosomes contain genes on the expression of which the character depends on.
3.The nucleus contains chromosome which contains the gene that is made of DNA.
4. The structure we know of the chromosome is only found when the cell prepares to divide.
5.The chromosome has 2 constrictions⇒Primary called centromere and secondary called satellite.
