You will require TT injection(which you've already taken). Keep the wound clean and avoid any contamination until the wound is completely healed. Kindly observe if you develop fever with shivering or body pain, in which case you'll have to visit the ER at the earliest so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as CBC, Lepto IgM, etc. and get treated accordingly.
