Unfortunately these bureaus that are to be under control of Congress have gotten so huge. As well, some of the things it does , skirts around the constraints that are placed on them. Most of them are atheist so they believe that right and wrong becomes situation ethics and “whatever they can get away with”. They are also required to act apolitically, but they don’t as they are using this organization to try to make law example, Robert Mueller has NO real power, but creates it because no one is stopping him and for him it is all about politics and trying to find a way to get rid of Trump since Trump can’t be bought and controlled by the machine of the Democratic party. He is trying to subpoena the President (with absolutely no law that gives him the right to do so. Unfortunately the Constitution doesn’t protect one from ignorance.
