If the garden has a side length of 8 ft,

therefore the area of that garden was 8ft × 8ft= 64sqd ft

Cindy planted 5 tuilips per sqd ft,

Cidny has to plant tuilip bulbs in 64sqd ft=

64sqd ft×5=320,

Ans:--- Cindy will plant 320 tuilip bulbs to cover the garden.
