Molar mass of Hg = 200.6 g mol-1
Molar mass of S = 32 g mol-1
Molar mass of cinnabar (HgS) = 200.6 + 32 = 232.6 g mol-1
Mass of Hg present in 232.6 g of HgS = 200.6 g
Mass of Hg present in 225 g of HgS = 200.6232.6×225 = 194.044 g

Hence , 194.044 g of Hg is present in 225 g of pure HgS.
