We know that Area of circle with radius 4cm = pir^2

                                                                          = 3.14 * 16

                                                                          = 50.24cm^2

Area of circle with radius 3cm = pir^2

                                                  = 3.14 * 9

                                                  = 28.26cm^2.

Area of the remaining sheet = 50.24 - 28.26

                                                = 21.98cm^2.
