Circumference of the circle = 44cm

Circumference of a circle = 2 π r

∴ ATQ,

⇒ 2 π r = 44

⇒ 2 ×22/7 r = 44

⇒ r = 44 × 7/44

⇒ r = 7 ( Cancelling 44 and 44 )

Area of a circle = π r²

∴ Area = 22/7 × 7 ×7

           = 22× 7 = 154 cm²

Ans = Area of the circle with circumference 44 cm is 154 cm²
