square side - 33 cm
perimeter of square - 4× 33
132 cm
perimeter of square= circumference of circle
132 = 2\pi \: r \\ 132 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \\ 132 =  \frac{44}{7}  \times r \\  \frac{132 \times 7}{44}  = r \\ r = 21
area of circle
\pi \:  {r}^{2}  \\  \frac{22}{7}  \times 21 \times 21 \\ 22 \times 3 \times 21 \\66 \times 21 \\ 1386 {cm}^{2}
Hope this helps you:-)))
