circumference of wheel = 1.5 m

total distance traveled = 3km or 3000m

number of revolutions =
 \frac{3000}{1.5}  \\  =  \frac{3000}{ \frac{15}{10} }  \\ =  3000 \times  \frac{10}{15}  \\  = 200 \times 10 \\  = 2000 \: revolutions
