Hello,
the circumference of circle:
C = 2πr
the diameter is:
d=2r
so it must be:
C=d+18;
2πr=2r+18;
2πr-2r=18;
2r(π-1)=18;
2r(15/7) =18;
r = (18 ×7)/30= 126/30=4.2 cm
The raidius is 4.2 cm
bye :-)
