Feedback mechanism helps regulate amount of hormone released. If there is more amount of sugar in our body, it regulates pancreas to release more insulin. When sugar levels are low , it regulates it to release less insulin

Regulation of hormone secretion is controlled by a mechanism called the feedback mechanism. It keeps the secretion of hormones regulated, e.g. increased blood sugar levels are detected by the beta cells of pancreas, which response by producing more insulin
