Indian constitution is known as the highly flexible in the Entire world. It always get changes according to present condition and situation.
→As Indian constitution is already amended more than 100 times and so it shows that Indian Constitution is highly dynamic over rigid one.
There are plenty of Examples which shows that Indian constitution is Rigid over dynamic .
Examples-
1→→Provision of Possibility of Amendment→ Indian constitution hold the provision of possibility of amendment when needed. As the condition of country is changes socially and economically & present provision will no longer be able to hold it, then through parliament it get amended .
2→→Expect Basic Features , Everything Amended→ By Article 368 , Expect basic fundamental features, Everything in our constitution can be amended. Like Indian constitution already amended more than 100 times.
3→→Provision of Amending in Citizenship Act→ It Empower the parliament to make subsidy provision to Union legislature to for bringing modification & alternation.
