Cite three examples to prove that Indian constitution is quite dynamic

The Indian constitution is dynamic because of the provision of the possibility of amending the constitution. When social and economic conditions in the country change in such a way that the original provisions of the constitution can no longer deal with them, Parliament can amend the constitution. The amended provisions can then  used to deal with the new conditions.

Examples to prove Indian Constitution is Dynamic:

The Constitution of India has been written keeping in mind all the future perspective assuming stability in future, which itself is a dynamic function and thus The Indian Constitution is also quite dynamic in nature.

Three examples if cited are as following,

1. Nature of citizenship and their cultural beliefs as described are divergent and yet there is right to equality for all.

2. Right to constitutional remedy states for any amendment of any kind with majority if passed makes the changes in the constitution and hence dynamic again.

3. Judicial review further makes the constitution subjected to change in understanding and hence dynamic.
