Indian constitution is considered to be one of the most dynamic constitution compared to other nations. This is mainly because of the way it was formed. The constituent assembly framed it in such a way that it could easily adopt the changes with the coming days and work accordingly with the amendments. Its such a constitution which is easier to amend than American constitution thus being able to easily cope up with the necessaries and requirements of the people whereas it is not so linient that it could result into a constitutional break down. So Indian Constitution is dynamic basically for its flexibility in the correct way required.
