I will tell you about the family history of a girl, so she was born to a Father of British decent who believed in rule of law, parliamentary government, single citizenship, prerogative writs and bicameralism, now her father married her mother during one of those years when he was travelling in the United States of America when they were adopting their constitution, and he saw this young beautiful lady during the time of Philadelphia Convention raising banners for fundamental rights, independence of judiciary, judicial review etc., he immediately fell in love and married her. Now the mother got to know about the father’s parents (grandparent of the girl child),

So, the grandfather was of South African descent who believed in the rights of states to establish a Rajya Sabha to maintain a strong federation and believed in the view that the constitution should be amendable with time, with new changes that enter the society. And the grandfather met his Irish wife during the slave era, now this Irish grandmother also had democratic view of having some responsibilities and rights given to the state as well in the form of Directive Principles of State Policy.

Now the British father also got introduced to his wife’s parents, Now the wife’s father was of Canadian descent and he was present in the year of 1763 - the year of Royal Proclamation - therefore had strong views in favour of having a federation with strong centre, advisory jurisdiction of Supreme Court, appointment of state governors and vesting of residuary powers in the centre. And the wife’s mother was of Soviet descent who believed in the ideals of justice - social, economic, and political; and, held the view that citizens of any nation should also share the burden of nation building in the form of Fundamental Duties.

Now apart from this, the girl’s uncle lived in Japan and frequently visited his British Friend. His ideals usually revolved around the idea that the state should function on the principles of Procedure established by law. So, the Japanese uncle also had an Australian wife, who believed in freedom of trade, commerce and inter-course.

When the girl went to high school she met her two best friends one from Germany (who had strong views on the Emergency procedure and how fundamental rights should be suspended during this time.) and another one from France (who was inspired by the French Revolution and believed in the ideals of liberty, equality and fraternity).

So, you must be wondering who this little girl is, and how she is so globally diverse and influenced, rather her thoughts must be so streamlined after having to listen to so many different views. Well I will tell you the birth date of this little girl, she came into this world on 26th November 1949 and we proudly call her The Constitution of India.

I believe this answers your question as to why the Indian Constitution is Dynamic.

The Indian constitution is dynamic because of the provision of the possibility of amending the constitution. When social and economic conditions in the country change in such a way that the original provisions of the constitution can no longer deal with them, Parliament can amend the constitution. The amended provisions can then  used to deal with the new conditions...........

IS IT OKAY OR SHOULD I WRITE IN POINTS..?  PLS TELL ME
