I would say "Bangalore", situated in Karnataka also know as the "Garden City". It has one of the most pleasant weather throughout the year. Although due to the recent decrease in the number of trees in and around the city the temperatures have risen a bit but still it has one of the best weathers when we compare it to almost any of the big cities throughout India. Summer afternoon are a bit hot but it is well compensated by the beautiful evening the city has. The morning is the specialty.
If you are planning to stay here for a while try and take your home in a peaceful locality(peaceful == not on main road, there is rarely any violence in bangalore). Try to get up early around 6 and roam around for an hour. You'll fall in love with the city then and there.
People here are friendly(exception are the auto rickshaw people :P) and educated. You'll love the city and i can bet on it.
