=> (1/3) 120 = 40     and 2 nd line

Hence The coordinates where Shruti posts her flag are  ( 2 , 40)

 Saanvi runs 1/ 5 th of the distance AD in the eighth line and posts her flag

=> (1/5) 120 = 24    and 8th line

Hence  The coordinates where Saanvi posts her flag are (8 , 24)

Distance between ( 2 , 40) and (8 , 24)

= √(8 - 2)² + (40 - 24)²

= √6² + 16²

= 2√3² + 8²

= 2√73
