Rural areas are basically the areas located on the outskirts of cities.
In these areas, you will mostly find poor and illiterate citizens or we can say that they are slums.
They don't have money, a roof to live and resources to adopt consistent growth in their life.
As their population increase, the effect on the poverty line of our country also increases.
