In the following situations, the minority are:

a) 10 female teachers

b) 5% Buddhists

c )20% Non- vegetarians

d) 10% poor or middle class students

I think it is important to respect the views of the minority in each of the above cases as it is not at all important who they are or from whether they belong to. They also have the right to speak, put forward their thoughts and provide the society their best and it shouldn't matter what their number is. So, with my point of view, everyone is equal, it doesn't matter their family, cast, colour, creed, gender or style of living.
