There are six fundamental rights :
- Right to equality : All citizens of India irrespective of their caste , creed or religion has equal rights . It comes under article 14 - 18.
- Right to freedom : All citizens of India have the right to give speech , expression etc . It comes under article 19 - 22 .
- Right against exploitation : Children below the age of 14 are not allowed to work as labours . It comes under article 23 - 24 .
- Right to freedom of religious : All citizens of India can change their religion , can go to any temple whenever they want . It comes under article 25 - 28 .
- Cultural and educational rights : All citizens of India have the right to save their culture by opening schools , colleges etc . It comes under article 29 - 30.
- Right to constitutional remedies : This right says that any citizen can approach to court of they feel there fundamental right is violated. It comes under article 32 - 35.
