Answer:

5 mole of sulphur reacts with 5 mole of oxygen to give 5 mole of sulphur dioxide. Mass of 1 mole of SO2 = 64grams. So 5 mole SO2 has 5*64 grams of SO2= 320grams of SO2. Hence amount of SO2 evolved is 320 grams or 5 moles.
