mass of one mole of ethyl alcohol (ethanol) is 46 gm => 1 mole of ethanol is present in the solution
Now mass of 1 mole of water is 18 gm => I 10 moles of water is present in the solution.
total moles = 1 + 10 = 11
mole fraction of ethanne = mole of ethanol/total moles
= 1/11.
