Bandicoot is a very tiny animal and it belongs to a group of marsupials. It is similar to a rat but more likely to be like a rabbit. It is found in rain forest of Australia. Most of the species are endangered and their number decreases gradually due the change in climate or the invasion of the new species into their habitat. Male are bigger than female and they have special legs for jumping just like kangaroo.
