Endocrine gland helps in maintaining feedback mechanism from the master gland ti the targeted gland. For ex- When we eat food containig sugar our blood sugar level increases then Pituitary gland sends nessage to pancreas to secreate insulin. When sugar level become normal then again pituitary gland again sends message to the pancrease to not secreate indulin.

=>They have capacity to regulate hormones an they are secreated by pancreas or a mixed gland. If any hormones is more then they store it or change in another form and vice versa.
