Class 10 (CBSE)

No use to say 'Othere are other balls' :
An ultimate shaking grief fixes the boy
As he stands rigid, trembling, staring down
All his young days into the harbour where
His ball went. I would not intrude on him;
A dime, another ball, is worthless.Now
He senses first responsibility
(The ball poem)

option c anaphora.

because option a can't be there as the words as and like are not used here. option b can't be there too as nothing is being used here which is being imagined by the poet. option d cannot be there either as an irony is not being used for everything here follows a certain sequence and nothing is happening beyond expectations.

hope this helps...
