Resultant Resistance at the top of the circuit in the parallel combination:

==> 1/R = 1/(R1 + R2) + 1/R3 + 1/(R4 + R5)

Since, Resistance in series gets added mathematically while resultant Resistance in Parallel Combination is the reciprocal sum of all the resistance.

==> 1/R = 1/(2 + 3) Ω + 1/4Ω + 1/(6+9)Ω

==> 1/R = 1/5Ω + 1/4Ω + 1/15Ω

==> 1/R = 4+5/20 + 1/15

==> 1/R = 27 + 4/60

==> R = 60/31 Ω

Total resistance of the circuit = 60/31 Ω + 10Ω

==> Total resistance = 11.93 Ω
