AP^2 + OP^2 = AO^2 (by Pythagoras theorem)
AP = 12cm

BR = BP ( two tangents drawn from any external point of a circle are equal)

CR = CQ ( same Reason)

Perimeter = AC + CR + BR + AB
=>AC + CQ + BP + AB
=>AQ + AP
=>2AP = 24cm

AP² = 5square+13square
AP²=25+169
AP²=194
AP =13.92
BR=BP
AND CR =CQ

AP =AQ
TWO TANGENTS FROM A SAME EXTERNAL POINT ARE EQUAL
PERIMETER
=AB + BR+AC+CR
=AB+BP+AC+CQ
=AP+AQ
13.92+13.92
27.84cm ans
