Answer:

GIVEN: AD and CE of Δ ABC interest each other at the point 'p'.

TO PROVE:

(1) Δ AEP ≅ Δ CDP

(2) Δ ABD ≅ Δ CBE

(3) Δ AEP ≅ Δ ADB

(4) Δ PDC ≅ Δ BEC

PROOF:

(1) In Δ AEP and ΔCDP

  ∠AEP = ∠CDP =90°

  ∠APE = ∠CPD (Vertically Opposite Angle)

  ∴ Δ AEP ≅ ΔCDP (AA similarity)

(2) In Δ ABD and Δ CBE

  ∠ABD = ∠CBE (common angle)

  ∠ADB = ∠CEB =90°

  ∴Δ ABD ≅ Δ CBE (AA similarity)

(3) In Δ AEP and Δ ADB

  ∠AEP = ∠ADB =90°

  ∠PAE = ∠BAD (common angle)

  ∴ Δ PDC ≅ Δ ADB (AA similarity)

(4) In Δ PDC and Δ BEC

  ∠PDC = ∠BEC = 90°

  ∠PCD = ∠BCE (common angle )

 ∴ Δ PDC = Δ BEC (AA similarity)
