given that
a12=37
d=3
find a and sn by using the formula of AP

Here's ur ans. ----

an = a + (n-1) d
a12 = a + (12-1) ×3
37 = a+ 33
a = 4

sn = n/2 ( 2a +(n-1) d)

sn = n/2 ( 8 + (n-1) ×3)
sn = n/2 (8+ 3n -3)
sn = n/2 ( 5+3n)
sn = {5n + 3n^2} ÷2
