Answer:

Let a=b=0,then

area ABC will be

1/2[x1(y2-y3)+x2(y3-y1)+x3(y1-y2)]

1/2[a(b^2-0) +b(0-a^2)+0(a^2-b^2]

1/2 [0+0+0] [a=b=0]

0=Ar ABC

So if we take any other value for a and b then the area will be more than zero and

  Hence the points will not be collinear

I am not sure but tried it .

  If no correct answer than tell me also.
