hey Frnd....
1) mineral acids are stronger then carboxylic acid because strength of an acid depends upon its degree of disassociation, more it dissociates more will be its strength. mineral acids like HCl completely disassociates to give H+ ions, while organic acids like carboxylic acid disassociates less than mineral acids.

2) Hydrocarbon are those organic compound consisting entirely of hydrogen and carbon. Hydrocarbons are examples of group 14 hydrides. Hydrocarbons from which one hydrogen atom has been removed are functional groups called hydrocarbyls
OR
A hydrocarbon is an organic compound made of nothing more than carbons and hydrogens. It is possible for double or triple bonds to form between carbon atoms and even for structures, such as rings, to form.

Examples of Hydrocarbons: ... Natural gas and fuels

3) genera formula of alkane, alkene and alkyne are
Alkane = C n H 2 n+2
Alkene = CnH2n
Alkyne = CnH2n-2.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU ☺ ☺
