Hey!!!
Different Persons have different development goals because every person seeks different things.
=> For a farmer, development means more income, quality education for children, more days of work at landlord's farms.
=> For a student, development goals means more marks, less homework.
=> For a industriast , development goals means less tax, more sales or profit.
Also, along with income, non material things like dignity, less discrimination, equality is also considered development goals.
