1. If denominator of the fraction can be expressed in

 {2}^{m}  \times  {5}^{n}

Then it has a terminating decimal expansion.

a) \frac{33}{50}  =  \frac{33}{2 \times  {5}^{2} }

Since 50 = 2¹ × 5², it hs a terminating decimal expansion

b)  \frac{66}{180}  =  \frac{66}{ {2}^{2}  \times 5 \times  {3}^{2} }

It has a non terminating decimal expansion

2. c) 2 decimal places since the maximum power is 2

3. Degree of quadratic equation is 2

4. Yes they form an A.P

a = First term = 7

d = Common Difference = 10 - 7 = 3
