ans.1- The earliest origins of psychology are in the writings of the ancient Greek philosophers, particularly Aristotle. They wrote about the nature of life. Aristotle used the word “psyche” to refer to the essence of life.

ans.2- Psychology is one of the behavioral sciences — a broad field that spans the social and natural sciences. Psychology attempts to understand the role human behavior plays in social dynamics while incorporating physiological and neurological processes into its conceptions of mental functioning.

ans.3- Psychology is a very diverse fields, one that is expected to see tremendous growth. There is no person who is just phycologist. career scope job opportunities are endless for a Psychologist.

ans.4-Psychology can be roughly divided into two major areas: Research, which seeks to increase our knowledge base. Practice, through which our knowledge is applied to solving problems in the real world.
