\sf\underbrace{\red{To\:Find:-}}

  • \rm{\alpha} = ?

\sf\underbrace{\red{SOLUTION:-}}

GIVEN :-

  • x² + 6x + \rm{\lambda} = 0 ----(1)

  • \rm{3\alpha\:+\:2\beta\:=\:{-20}\:} ----(2)

☞ So, from Equation (1),

  • \rm{\alpha\:+\:\beta\:=\:{-6}\:} ----(3)

  • \rm{\alpha\:\beta\:=\:\lambda\:}

☞ Now, Equations is arise .

Equation(3) × 2,

  1. \rm{2\alpha\:+\:2\beta\:=\:{-12}\:} ----(a)

And Equation(3) as it is,

  1. \rm{3\alpha\:+\:2\beta\:=\:{-20}\:} ----(b)

☞ Now, solve Equation(a) and Equation(b), we get

  • \rm{\implies\:\alpha\:=\:{-8}\:}
