yes , the option d. is correct

it is due to reason that as we move across the period , the atomic size decreases , the electrons are more tightly held by nucleus and ionisation enthalpy increasea

atomic size decreases as we move left to the period due to increase,in atomic no. or no. of protons...

decrease,in size leads to increase in effect of the,nuclear charge in their valence shell

and as we know, ionisation potential is the potential required to take out the election from it's Valence shell....which will be more in silicon,as its valence shell are attracted more to nucleus ,due to small size .....
