hey,

no. of moles = given mass/molar mass

now, for a)

given mass of CO2=22g

molar mass of CO2=12+32=44g

hence,no. of moles=22/44=0.5 g

b.)

now,no. of moles in 22400 ml of oxygen at STP= 1 mole

so,no. of moles in 0.2 ml of oxygen =1/22400 × 0.2

=1/112000

=0.008 × 10^-3.
