Hii its tom85

given equation is

X = A sin(w + theta)

we know that for sine function range (-1,1) and the value exist on

(2n+1)π/2..........

let the time taken by body

for Maxima and minima displacement be t

(2n + 1)π/2 = wt + theta

wt= (2n + 1)π/2 - theta

t= {(2n+1)π/2 - theta }/w

_________/\__________☹️

hope it may helps you
