Explanation:

First of all it is the path through which electron passes from one carrier to another

Electrons produced in mitochondrial complex are oxidised and transferred to ubiquinone while receiving the electron they have H+ion (which is formed due to reducing agent FADH2) which is shown coming out of the complex_1

Then after this the reduced ubiquinone (ubiquinol) gets oxidised with transfer of electrons to complex _3

There is no H+ ion coming out of complex 2as is shown in the diagram

Then a small protein called cytochrome c acts As moblie carrier of electrons between complex _3 and 4

When electron passes from one carrier to another via complex 1_ to 4 they are coupled to ATP synthase (complex _5) for the production of ATP

In this chain oxygen is the final H+ ion acceptor
