Employment refers to the Selections and Placement of the potential staff at a required position to accomplish a certain task or project for the Organization. Professionals are hired at a certain level of the firm through Interviews or written exams as per the terms and conditions of the Organization.

Employment can be distinguished based on Work, Time-during or Event/ Project.

Let's talk about the above mentioned -

Under Employment - This is a situation where employees are being at jobs still their skills are utilization under than there and firms' capabilities.

These employments are part-time or not regularly.

Disguised Employment - This situation of the economy states when no. People are more than the amount of work required to complete. This Employment is said to be hidden due to the unusual amount of people are employed

■Unemployment is a condition of the economy where the people are interested to work but not able to work.

Major factors affecting Unemployment is -

(i) A slow-growing economy leads to unemployment due to a lack of newer job opportunities in the market.

(ii) When the Population Growth rate of the nation is increasing consistently than the unemployment because of a cause to work over due to increasing demand in the job and fewer working opportunities.

(iii) Involvement in Seasonal Occupations like agriculture, ice-cream factories, textile industry gives employment for only a specific period only.

(iv) Banishment in the small scale and cottage industries due to the advancement in the technology of working a firm brings more finished goods than well made manually.

(v) Inappropriate channelization of funds is also a major reason which leads to the lack of employment in the market.

Type of unemployment are as follow -

•Seasonal employment- Under this unemployment, people are working for certain periods, tasks, event or seasons of the county. These employees are time, task or season based. The employments like ice-cream factories, Agricultural harvesting as well as clothing lines, etc.

•Regional unemployment- This particular unemployment problem lies with certain geographical areas of the country where there are not businesses are in the role.

•Structural unemployment- The structural unemployment symbolizes a certain structure where the job opportunity has a scarcity of jobs.

•Cyclically unemployment- This unemployment is the chain that goes on loop throughout the time.
