Answer!!

Effects of exercise over respiratory system:-

Increase in tidal volume: With regular exercise, the tidal volume and vital capacity of lungs increase, as chést expands more.

Respiratory muscles become strong: Inner cóstal and diaphragm become strong to work maximally for longer duration.

Expansion of chést: Regular exercise causes greater expansion in chést. This results in the improvement of physical personality.

Increase in number of alveoli: There is an increase in the number of alveoli which purifies more blood. Thus, the efficiency of respiratory system gets improved.

Efficient respiratory system: The efficiency of alveoli increases. This causes more oxygen to reach into the tissues which further causes more production of energy during stressful conditions (heavy exercise).

Increase in aerobic endurance: Increase in the amount of oxygen in blood decreases the production of lactic acid, therefore, fatigue is delayed and hence endurance improves.

Faster removal of carbon dioxide: In a trained person, there is faster removal of carbon dioxide from body.

Improves metabolism: In a trained person, the metabolic reactions are faster for energy production with less consumption of oxygen.

Hydro-balance in body: The water balance in the body is maintained to exercise.

Effects of exercise over muscular system:-

Gain in strength: With regular exercise, there is gain in muscular strength and power.

Lactic acid tolerance: Regular exercise increases the ability of muscles to tolerate lactic acid for longer duration.

Efficiency improvement: With regular exercise, there is an increase in the number of capillaries in muscles. By this, there is faster circulation of blood, thus, improving the efficiency of muscles.

Increase in muscle mass: Regular exercise increases the muscle mass.

Proper shape of body: Regular exercise provides proper shaping of body, thus improving physical personality.

Faster recovery from injury: Trained muscles can recover from injury very fast, moreover there are less chances of injuries.

Desired strength can be developed: Systematic and scientific training can develop the desired strength and endurance.

Faster responses: The stimulus travels faster in trained muscles which improves the reflex action.

Efficient use of diet: Trained muscles can efficiently use carbohydrates, proteins, fats, etc as sources of energy with less consumption of oxygen.

Effects of exercise over skeletal system:-

More blood supply: Through regular exercises the blood supply in bones improves.

Faster healing: Healing ability of the bones becomes faster.

Increases RBCs: The number of RBCs in the blood increases.

Strong jóints: Sports persons have strong juncture of jóints. Moreover the synovial fluid provides free and easy movement at jóints.

Increases flexibility: The flexibility of the person improves.

Stronger bones: The bones become more strong and slightly stretchable.

Reduces bone injuries: Regular exercise reduces the chances of bone injuries.

Good posture: Good posture is the result of good skeletal system.

Personality development: With regular exercise, the proper growth and development of bones take place.

Effects of exercise over circulatory system:-

Hypertrophy of heart: With regular exercise the hypertrophy (enlargement of heart) takes place.

Resting pulse increases: With increased stróke volume, the bàsal heart rate decreases thus, the resting time of heart increases.

Faster adaptation to working load: In trained persons, the heart can adopt to working load quickly.

Return of normal pulse quickly: The pulse returns to normal quickly after exercise.

Increase in haemoglobin: Regular training increases the haemoglobin content in blood.

Faster removal of waste: There is faster removal of waste products from the body.

Reduction in cardiac problems: Regular exercise reduces heart attack risk and other cardiac problems.

Faster healing: The increased circulation of blood makes healing faster.

Blood pressure regulation: A well balanced blood pressure is maintained.
