 {x}^{2}  + 3x - 90 \\ therefore \: by \: using \: splitting \: term \: method \\  {x}^{2}  + 15 x - 12x - 90 \\ now =  > taking \: common  \\  =  > x(x + 15) - 12(x + 15) \\  =  > (x - 12) \: (x + 15) = 0 \\ therefore \\ x - 12 = 0 \: or \: x + 15 = 0 \\ x = 12 \: or \: x =  - 15
