Dear maya,
Yesterday was Bani’s birthday and I had gone over to his house for a party. Bani is my best friend, as you know. I saved up money for six month and bought a watch for him . he was so happy!
Bani is such a gentle person, so well-mannered and very good at studies. Because he stays so close by, we study together most of the time. No doubt I benefit from him more than he does from me. But he doesn’t seem to mind.
I trust Bani completely and he trusts me too. We tell each other all our secrets, knowing that we will never betray each other. I am so lucky to have such a good friend. I have many other friends who come to play with me , but Bani is the best. Both of us have the same hobbies. We share storybooks and exchange stamps. Both of us want to be computer engineers when we grow up.
