then the length will be  4b-3  

how ?

this is the condition given in the first line of the question

perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)          here i

l'is the length of  the rectangle  

b is the breadth of the same rectangle

also given perimeter is 94 m^2  

or 2(l+b)=94

i.e l+b  is 94/2=47

we got l+b = 47

substituting the value of l as 4b-3

we get  

4b-3+b=47

=5b-3=47

we get 5b=50

i.e b=10

and substituting the value in l+b=47

we get l=37
