Yes,universal adult franchise is a unique feature that ensures equality amongst citizens,as it gives right to vote to everyone irrespective of caste, colour, gender,and place of birth. For eg: you are not allowed to vote as your skin colour is dark, but if a country adopts universal adult franchise then you have right to vote. no one can stop you from giving vote, just a rule that you have to be 18 years and above.
