Answer:

(i) x + y = 250

.

(ii) Given:

Number of brownies bought = 4

Cost of 4 brownies = Rs. 25 × 4

= Rs. 100

.

Cost of paneer wrap = Total amount - Cost of 4 brownies

= 250 - 100

= 150

.

Cost of 1 panner wrap = Rs. 50

So to find how many paneer wraps did he buy in Rs. 150 we divide by Rs. 50

  = \frac{rs. \: 150}{rs. \:50 }

= 3 paneer wraps.

He bought three paneer wraps.

Step-by-step explanation:

he bought only 1 paneer wrap and he got 4 brownies

and cost of 1 brownie is ₹ 25

so 25*4=200

so he was left with ₹ 50

and cost of 1 paneer wrap was 50
